A Message to our Texas MyCC Family

Date: 2/19/21

Team,

As many of you know, our Texas employees have been heavily impacted by major power outages, loss of heat and running water, and various other issues across the state.  While this has indirectly affected teams across the entire company that rely on our Texas personnel, the most important thing is ensuring the safety and well-being of those impacted by the ongoing crisis in Texas.

We want to assure all Texas employees that we will pay employees for the time they have been forced to miss.  Now is not the time to worry about PTO, or missed time.  This is a time for employees to take care of their families, stay warm, and worry about work later.  We wish we could do more to help those that are struggling, but our hope is that this will at least alleviate some of the stress that our team members in Texas are experiencing.

If you are one of the employees impacted by this event,  your Campus Director or another manager will be communicating with you soon regarding the specifics of how we are working through this crisis.

For everyone else, please afford patience, love, and support to our teams in Texas.  We will have to find workarounds that let us continue on our mission while our Texas family is experiencing this hardship.

Please keep these folks in your thoughts and prayers!

Amy & Dan
